Fallen Into Beauty

Hey Everyone!

For the month of October I’ve chosen to show you a shot that represents so much in terms of the season of Fall. Beautiful leaves undisturbed where they fell, a colourful assortment of warm and bright shades of brown, red, yellow and everything in between. This shot is particularly interesting because it shows a big picture, all the leaves. However, a closer look reveals incredible details about each individual leaf. Truly, a shot embodying the philosophical aspects of change and individuality.

One of our philosophies here at LPZ Photography is that a community oriented company helps build and sustain a strong society! As such we are always interested in helping out community or charity events in the local area, donating what we can in the form of services and products. So when the Friends For Life Foundation asked us to cover the CMESA Fashion Show on March 15th 2009, we didn’t hesitate to help them out. The event was a great success with more than 300 people in attendance and over $3000 being raised for their cause. A job well done.

Two months later we were contacted by the organizers of the Friends For Life Foundation’s Charity Benefit. Due to the quality of the shots and the coverage we gave them at their smaller event, they asked us to be the official photographers for the 4th Annual Charity Benefit to be held on June 5th 2009. Held at the Atlantis pavilion in Ontario Place, we seized the opportunity to do something a little more substantial for the organization. We hope to help out the Friends For Life Foundation in years to come.
